Kami sedang mencari Assistant Supervisor yang bersemangat dan bermotivasi tinggi untuk menyertai pasukan kami dalam menjalankan event & roadshow produk berjenama Malaysia atau luar negara. Anda akan membantu menyelia pasukan promoter serta memastikan jualan dan operasi berjalan lancar.
- Tanggungjawab
- Membantu Supervisor dalam menguruskan team promoter di event & roadshow
- Melatih dan memberi motivasi kepada team
- Memastikan setiap event berjalan lancar dan mengikut SOP syarikat
- Berinteraksi dengan pelanggan dan memberikan penerangan tentang produk
- Membantu dalam laporan jualan dan prestasi pasukan
- Kriteria & Kelayakan
- SPM
- Berumur 18 - 35 tahun
- Berpengalaman dalam sales, event, atau team management (Kelebihan)
- Mempunyai skill komunikasi & kepimpinan yang baik
- Rajin, proaktif & mampu bekerja dalam team
- Bersedia bekerja di luar pejabat (event & roadshow di lokasi yang ditetapkan)
