**Recruitment position: Project budget officer**

**Responsibilities**:
1. Accurately identify drawings, and measure civil engineering quantities according to relevant specifications and standards.

2. Familiar with quota and list pricing standards, and prepare civil construction budget in accordance with relevant norms and standards.

3. Assist the technical department to handle and collect the changes and negotiations of civil works, and accurately prepare the change negotiation increase and decrease budget and claims, and report to the supervisor and the owner for approval.

4. Complete internal reporting and statistics work on time and accurately.

5. Assist the business manager to collect the relevant information of the project settlement, accurately prepare the construction budget statement, and actively communicate with the owner and the supervisor, and do a good job in the project settlement according to the contract requirements.

6. Participate in the cost analysis of each stage, and provide reliable budget information to the business manager and relevant departments in a timely manner.

7. Other work related to civil engineering budget positions arranged by the business manager.

job requirements:
1. Those who can speak Chinese, English and Malay are preferred, and a professional qualification in engineering cost in Kuala Lumpur or Seremban is required.

2. Can understand engineering drawings, can use CAD to read and draw drawings, can use software to model and calculate quantities, and be familiar with the local project cost management process.

3. Dedicated to the job, able to obey the work arranged by the leader, full of enthusiasm for the work, and cheerful personality.

4. 1-2 years working experience in plant budget.

5. Have teamwork spirit and be able to bear hardships and stand hard work.

6. Able to work overtime according to work requirements.
