Job Responsibilities
- **Data Entry & Maintenance**: Accurately input and update data in both digital and paper records.
- **Filing System Management**: Organize and maintain filing systems for easy access to physical and digital documents.
- **Document Organization**: Organize and maintain important company documents.
- **Order Processing**: Update delivery orders and print necessary invoices.
Job Requirements
- **Experience**: Previous experience in an administrative or office support role is a plus.
- **Technical Skills**: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); familiarity with office management software is a bonus.
- **Attention to Detail**: Strong attention to detail in data entry and document management
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
