- TikTok Business Management:Take full ownership of our TikTok Business account, including content planning, creation, posting, and engagement. Your innovative ideas and strategies will help us capitalize on TikTok's unique ecosystem to increase visibility and engagement.
- Collaboration and Innovation: Work closely with our Marketing and Operations teams to pitch and execute new series or initiatives for TikTok. Your creativity in utilizing the latest trends in sounds, editing, and content will be key to keeping our content fresh and engaging.
- Engagement and Growth: Focus on maximizing engagement and growth on TikTok by constantly evaluating performance and benchmarking against competitors. Your insights will be invaluable in refining our strategy and content.
- Multilingual Content: Having the ability to write captions in multiple languages will be a significant advantage, allowing us to connect with a wider audience.
- Digital Marketing Expertise: Experience in managing Facebook Business Manager/Ads Manager, creating TikTok content, simple video editing, and a proven track record of growing an engaged audience on TikTok are essential. Your skills in these areas will be crucial to our success.
- Social Media Presence: Comfort and passion for being in front of the camera for social media clips, reels, stories, and live hosting are vital. Your energy and confidence will embody our brand's values and message.

**Job Requirements**:

- At least 1-2 years of experience in Marketing background and online advertising.
- A proactive and self-initiated approach with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Flexible and enthusiastic about multitasking in a fast-paced marketing environment.
- Solid understanding of social media platforms, analytics (including Google Analytics), advertising, copywriting, and brand marketing.

**Academic Qualifications**:

- Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a closely related field from a recognized institution.

**Work Experience & Skills**:

- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia is required; proficiency in Mandarin is a significant plus, as it will facilitate better engagement with a broader audience segment.
