Customer Relationship Officer

**Responsibilities**:
- **Customer Relation & Complaint Handling**
a) Ensure all complaints are promptly address and revert to owners upon completion of defect works. Including hardcore owners and escalation cases.
b) Monitor all complaints and responded within 3 working days with regards to defects rectification works.
d) Monitor all Defect Notification Forms s are key in to CRM system, update of status by Customer Relation Executive. And ensure Close Case upon work completion in CRM.
e) Monitor Defects Aging Reports and ensure all complains/issues raised are attended to and followed up.
- **Defect Administration & Monitoring**
a) To assign and coordinate daily wetwork defects to Clerk Of Work, Project Executive, Technicians & casual Workers.
b) Update of Weekly Defects Rectification work status report to HQ for compilation.
c) To assign and arrange Joint Inspection Appointments between owners and Defect Rectification team.
d) To ensure correspondence letters composed by Customer Relation Executive staff are timely send out to purchaser/owners. (ie. Notification of Join Inspection, Notification Of Work done, Extension of Time, etc.)
- **PDD HQ & Site Meetings**
a) Prepare Minutes of Meeting for PDD Site Coordination Meetings
- **HOVP - New Project**
a) Participate in trainings and role play of HOVP & workflows
b) Participate in HOVP and ensure the checklist & forms are ready for HOVP
c) Assist in HOVP at site and maintain all records / document
**Requirements**:
- Degree/Diploma in Business Admin / Management or equivalent
- 3-4 Years’ Experience in a similar industry
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Good written and communication skill.
- Good interpersonal and interaction skills.
- Pleasant personality, patience and able to work under pressure
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
