Job Description**
FPP & Customer report preparation**
- Work with respective functional departments at SSD sites & retrieve data from Spotfire to compile factory product performance packages for customers, making sure data packages are compiled with necessary information (data and charts) for functional team data input and delivered by deadline.
- Adhoc reporting support
**Perform Outgoing/NPI First Article Inspection (FAI)**
- Coordinate FAI activities with TPM, Production & MQA Team
- Compile First Article Inspection with pictures and details
- Forward FAI reports to CTS/CFE team for review and approval
- Block FAI for ECO changes
- CAMSTAR & SAP FAI Block Release
- Maintaining FAI Tracker
- Update ECO 4M checklists
**Customer Visit / Audit Support**
- Support activities including logistics and administrative work to ensure smooth audit execution (pre-audit, garments preparation, taking photos during audit, headset prep, catering, etc)
**Administrative assistance for CFE department**
- Assist CFE Team for other routine job issues.
**Audit Action Items & 8D Corrective Actions Validation**
- Assist CFE department to perform audit action items or 8D CA/PA validation in production.

Qualifications**
Educational Required**
- Diploma/ Certificate
**Training Required**:

- Office - EXCEL, WORD, PowerPoint**
**Skill Required**:

- Good skill in MS office software: Excel. PowerPoint, Word
- Basic skill in writing and spoken English.
- Good interpersonal skills and communication skills
**Experience**
- 1 - 2 years direct experience in either a data warehousing or high-volume manufacturing environment will be added advantage
