**Who You Are**:
You’re a creative thinker with a background in design, industrial design, or visual communications, and you thrive on turning ideas into visually engaging presentations. You have experience crafting proposals and presentations that are not only informative but also inspiring.

**Minimum Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Industrial Design, Communications, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in proposal development, presentation design, or sales support.
- Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Adobe Acrobat Pro.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Fluent in spoken and written business English; Mandarin is a strong plus.

**Desired Skills and Experience**:

- Exceptional visual storytelling and layout design skills.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing multiple projects.
- Familiarity with proposal automation tools and content management platforms.
- Strong communication and consultative skills.
- Interest in copywriting and creative marketing.

**What You Will Be Doing**:

- Lead and manage the creation of compelling sales proposals and presentations for APAC and global accounts.
- Design visually engaging content using PowerPoint and other tools that reflect Steelcase’s brand and value proposition.
- Maintain and develop a content library to support proposal efforts.
