**Tanggungjawab**:

- Menyelia dan mengatur kerja harian bagi pasukan assembly (pemasangan).
- Memastikan proses pemasangan berjalan lancar dan mengikut piawaian kualiti serta SOP yang ditetapkan.
- Memberikan latihan, tunjuk ajar, dan pemantauan kepada operator baru dan sedia ada.
- Memastikan output pengeluaran harian dicapai mengikut sasaran.
- Mengesan, menyelesaikan dan melaporkan sebarang masalah yang timbul semasa proses assembly.
- Bekerjasama dengan jabatan QC, teknikal dan penyelia produksi untuk memastikan penghasilan produk yang berkualiti.

**Kelayakan**:

- Pengalaman kerja dalam **proses pemasangan produk elektronik atau mekanikal** sekurang-kurangnya 1 tahun.
- Mempunyai pengalaman sebagai leader adalah satu kelebihan.
- Boleh bertutur dalam **Bahasa Cina**.
- Mempunyai sikap kepimpinan, disiplin dan komited terhadap kerja.
- Pengalaman dalam industri EMS atau pembuatan produk elektronik.
- Boleh bekerja mengikut syif.
- Mempunyai pengetahuan asas tentang kawalan kualiti dan 5S.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,300.00 per month
