**Job Summary**:
- Supporting PSC processing function in despatch work of all mails, parcels, policies document and data processing.
- General Administrative work including Office Purchases, Repairs and Minor Maintenance of Non-IT items
- Attending and arranging logistics for in-house event/training
- Housekeep office environment and workplace safety
- Other adhoc tasks assigned by managers
**Key Responsibilities**:
- To perform all task assigned and ensure all transactions/data/report are issued/updated promptly and correctly.
- Ensure all dispatch job are carry out accurately and timely with the agreed service level is achieved consistently.
- Compilation of statistics for reporting & inventories are carried out accurately and on time.
- Support and co-ordinate with other team members to achieve team objectives
- To assist Supervisor/Manager in any other duties assigned when deemed necessary.
- To create/update user manual timely & accurately.
- To be able to support other functions when needed (1 core + 1 cross function)
**Job Type**: Contract
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: Up to RM2,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Melaka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
