Key Responsible
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to the management team and ensure smooth office operations.
- Organize and manage the company calendar, including scheduling meetings, interviews, appointments, and events.
- Prepare and maintain documents, reports, meeting minutes, and follow-ups on action items.
- Assist in planning and organizing internal meetings, team activities, and client appointments.
- Communicate professionally with internal teams, clients, stakeholders and external partners.
- Support management in daily tasks, handle ad-hoc assignments, and ensure tasks are completed on time.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum Diploma in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with strong attention to detail.
- Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Melayu (both written and spoken).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office/Google Workspace tools.
- Proactive, reliable, and able to work independently with mínimal supervision.
- Experience as an admin, personal assistant, or HR coordinator is an advantage.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
