**Strategic Project Manager**

**SUMMARY**

**We are looking for someone who is **result oriented, organized and has an eye for detail**. As a **Strategic Project Manager**, you will be based out of our office in **Wisma Tune, Damansara Heights.** You will be expected to be performing this role on a Full-Time basis. The role reports to the Manager, Strategy.**

**A DAY IN A LIFE**
- ** Manage strategic initiatives to drive Teleport’s growth**
- ** Identify process improvement opportunities and roll out projects to improve efficiency within commercial team**
- ** Establish and maintain project plans and budgets, report progress as required, generate risk assessments, escalate issues, and facilitate project review presentations**
- ** Work with cross functional teams on assigning tasks, establishing project deliverables and scheduling of related tasks and deliverables.**
- ** Assist Strategy Manager with competitive analysis and update on latest product developments, new services and trends in the market**
- ** Analyse ideal customer profiles and map customer journeys to identify gaps in customer experience across all touchpoints, for all customer segments and interactions, transactions and engagements**
- ** Analyze customer feedback on product ranges and new feature releases and preparing reports for decision makers**
- ** Develop tools to increase workflow and efficiency of internal departments, and provide the right visibility to stakeholders**
- ** Communicate with internal stakeholders regularly such as care team and other customer-facing teams to identify gaps and opportunities to improve product and services offered by Teleport**
- ** Collaborate with product, marketing, operations, country heads and pricing teams to develop internal/external projects for Teleport customers to improve customer experience**

**SKILLS**

**These are minimum-requirement skills and a ‘must-have’ for the role**:

- ** Language Skills: proficient in English.**
- ** Must be able to multitask and work well under pressure**
- ** Excellent verbal and written communication skills**
- ** Comfortable with Google workspace and has used it in prior work**
- ** Independent and requires mínimal supervision**
- ** Detailed oriented**
- ** Critical thinking and problem solving**

**QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE**
- ** Minimum Bachelor's degree**
- ** Bachelor degree in Finance, Accounting, Project Management, Business Administration or related field With 2-3 years of relevant experience**
- ** Experience in project management for logistics, eCommerce or SaS company**
- ** Experience with executive level communication and presentations**
