**Job Description**:

- Maintain brand consistency across all marketing channels and materials. Ensure alignment with the company's brand identity and values in all marketing efforts.
- Develop engaging content for various marketing channels, including online and print campaigns. Craft compelling messaging to effectively communicate key brand messages to the target audience.
- Generate innovative ideas for marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness and engagement. Plan, implement, and optimize marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
- Develop and execute promotional strategies and tactics to attract customers and increase sales.
- Develop marketing strategies aligned with business goals and market trends. Identify opportunities for growth and innovation within the marketing strategy, incorporating both long-term objectives and short-term tactics for immediate impact.
- Manage marketing collateral such as brochures, press releases, and videos. Ensure effective distribution and utilization of marketing materials.
- Build and maintain relationships with internal teams, external stakeholders, and vendors. Communicate effectively and collaborate with cross-functional teams to support marketing initiatives.
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans to achieve business objectives. Monitor and adjust marketing strategies based on performance metrics and market insights.
- Stay updated on industry developments, emerging technologies, and marketing trends. Gather, analyze, and interpret market data to inform marketing strategies and decision
- making.
- Manage marketing budgets effectively, optimizing spending and ensuring ROI. Allocate resources efficiently and track expenditures against budget targets.
**Requirements**:
▪ Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or a related field.
▪ Minimum of 5-7 years of work experience in a similar Marketing role.
▪ Proficiency in MS Office, with excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills.
▪ Working knowledge of marketing tools, including Marketing Automation (e.g., Pardot), CRM systems, Mailchimp, WordPress, Ahrefs, Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Linkedin Ads, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), and Canva.
▪ Experience with export markets is considered an added advantage.
▪ Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
▪ Confident in communicating with both internal stakeholders and external customers.
▪ Working knowledge of marketing tools including Canva, MailChimp and GoToWebinar (or similar)
▪ Demonstrated creativity and proficiency in writing.
▪ Ability to effectively monitor and analyze marketing metrics for optimization.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: From RM8,000.00 per month
