**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Provide administrative assistance to Client Services team.
- Assist timely billing submission to Finance.
- Prepare quotes or purchase orders where applicable.
- Responsible in documentation and housekeeping of in house job records (eg data entry, revenue recognition, printer spec and etc).
- Prepare simple SGK Link documentation upon request.
- On the Job Learning.
- Serves as a backup to Client Services team members.

**QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS**:

- Fresh graduates/ Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply.
