**Responsibilities**:

- Assist the Store Manager to **achieve monthly sales and trade-in targets**.
- **Lead and supervise** retail staff to deliver excellent customer service.
- Perform **device trade-in evaluation and grading** according to company SOP.
- **Monitor inventory** of secondhand phones, accessories, and refurbished units.
- Ensure **accurate stock record, IMEI verification, and fraud prevention**.
- Prepare **daily/weekly sales & stock reports**.
- Support **in-store marketing campaigns, promotions, and events**.
- Maintain **store cleanliness and professional visual merchandising**.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma/Degree in **Business, Marketing, or related field**.
- Minimum **2-4 years experience in retail / mobile phone industry**.
- **Experience in secondhand or trade-in operations is an advantage**.
- Leadership skills with ability to **manage and motivate a sales team**.
- Basic knowledge of **IMEI checking, device grading, and fraud prevention**.
- Willing to work on **weekends and retail shifts**.

Pay: RM2,363.64 - RM4,500.00 per month
