**Job Description**:
**MU Instant**
- To ensure the operations and documentation carried out are in accordance to ISO22000 and FSSC 22000 system.
- To be responsible for overall effective operation of Quality Department and lead the Quality team.
- To classify green bean and/or botanical raw material base on the International Standard given.
- To perform cup tasting to evaluate coffee aroma and the flavor profile of coffee.
- To verify daily Quality and Packaging reports.
- To provide technical advice on the sourcing of raw material and ingredients.
- To provide technical advice on sourcing of packaging materials.
- To plan product improvement with the assistance of Quality Engineers.
- To conduct incoming, in process and finished goods Quality check and monitoring.
- To be the team leader of Food Safety Management System (FSMS) and internal auditor.
- To implement preventive measure and corrective action for non-conforming products.
- To implement and ensure all personnel safety awareness.
- Quality Assurance-to establish, improve and/or revise SOP (Standard Operation Procedures) relating to ingredients and material quality control, production process quality control, finished goods quality control and production and storage hygiene control.

**MU 3IN1**
- To monitor and assure quality of incoming raw materials, in-process product & end product in accordance to product specifications & customer requirements.
- To co-ordinate new product developments with R&D in terms of formulation of products.
- To ensure proper monitoring of CCPs and maintaining all records.
- To co-ordinate & oversee quality checking activities inclusive of food safety.
- To ensure all product blended are in accordance with the batch formulation.
- To ensure ISO 22000 and FSSC 22000 system is in compliance to the reference standard.
- To arrange manpower for Quality Department.
- To ensure all subordinates follow company rules and regulation.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor Degree in Food Science / Food Technology or equivalent.
- At least 5 years’ experience in food processing/manufacturing background.
- Strong understanding of HACCP/ISO 22000/FSSC 22000 Food Safety Management System and GMP Management.
- Good communication in English and Bahasa or Mandarin with multilingual ability, both orally and writing.
- Ability to educate, train and familiarize the company’s product quality standards.
- Good presentation skills and able to work independently.
