Requisition ID **187623** - Date posted **04/22/2025** - Work Location Model **On-site Flex** - Work Location **Kulim-Penang** - Work Country **Malaysia** **Key Roles and Responsibilities**: - Implementation Oversight: Supervise the installation and configuration of IT infrastructure components, including networks, servers, and storage systems. - Team Coordination: Coordinate with project team and guide a team of support staff, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and effectively. - Vendor Coordination: Work closely with vendors and contractors to ensure timely delivery and quality of hardware, software, and services. - Documentation: Maintain detailed documentation of infrastructure configurations, processes, and changes. - Testing and Troubleshooting: Conduct testing of infrastructure components and troubleshoot any issues that arise during implementation. - Compliance: Ensure all infrastructure components comply with relevant regulations and industry standards. - Reporting: Provide regular updates to the IT HOD and other stakeholders on project progress and any issues encountered. - Support: Provide technical support and guidance to the team during the implementation phase. **Who We’re Looking For**: - Education: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field. (or equivalent work experience)>15 years working experience - Experience: Proven experience in IT infrastructure implementation and supervision, particularly in greenfield projects. - Skills: Strong technical skills in network and server management, excellent problem-solving abilities, and effective communication skills. - Certifications: Relevant certifications such as ITIL, Cisco, or Microsoft are a plus. - Has Windows Server 2019 Administration certification or any equivalent.
