As a Field Operator II, you'll play a vital role with our customers. You will lead installation and maintenance activities and work with customers to ensure safe and compliant installations. You'll be the onsite expert, continually developing your knowledge and skills to deliver innovative solutions for customers.

**As a Field Operator, you will be responsible for**:

- Understand the procedures regarding explosives and radiation with comply to government rules and regulations.
- Under mínimal supervision receives little instruction on day-to-day work, general instructions on wellsite activities.
- Determining and developing resolution to an assortment of problems encountered at the wellsite of moderately complex scope where analysis of situations or data requires a review of a variety of factors.
- Responsible for the minor maintenance of equipment and assisting in actuating the completions equipment.
- May be the primary contact to work with the Customer Representative and drill crew on location to coordinate operations at the rig.
- Providing a record of all assemblies as run at the wellsite to the Customer Representative and promotes and maintains good customer relations.
- Executing all required responsibilities safely and as described in Managing Base Operations, Managing Well Operations, and Managing Equipment and Logistics manuals.
- Performing other related duties as required.
- Conducting all business activities in accordance with Baker Hughes HSE policies, Legal Compliance requirements and Baker Hughes Core Values.

**To be successful in this role you will**:

- Have a Degree or Diploma or equivalent educational level
- Have Technical background
- Have experience with explosive and radioactive is preferable.
- Ability to alternate methods of completing tasks if the set method is not viable.
- Communicate with various clients and must have good customer service skills.
- Quickly adjusts to changing job assignments/requirements.
