IT Executive

**Working Day/ Hour / Location**
- Monday to Friday, 8AM to 5PM
- PasirGudang, Johor Darul Ta'zim

**Job Scope**
- Oversee and manage IT support requests, addressing a high volume of technical issues to ensure timely resolution and exceptional service delivery.
- Perform advanced troubleshooting on notebooks and PCs down to the board level, setting up peripheral devices, connecting devices to the network, and installing/replacing hardware components (eg: hard drives).
- Spearhead IT projects, including network upgrades and system implementations, ensuring alignment with business objectives and best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement network infrastructure improvements, including RJ45 cabling, faceplate upgrades, and network device configuration.
- Conduct assessments of user hardware specifications to facilitate upgrades and ensure optimal performance.
- Mentor junior IT staff, providing guidance, knowledge sharing, and hands-on support to foster a collaborative team environment.
- Engage in continuous professional development, staying abreast of emerging technologies and IT best practices to enhance operational efficiency.

**Requirement**
- Diploma in Computer Science or a related field; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 5years working experience in a similar role, with demonstrated expertise in IT administration.
- In-depth knowledge of computer troubleshooting, Windows 10 and 11, Windows Server management, and networking concepts.
- Strong understanding of networking equipment, including routers, switches, and firewall configurations.
- Ability to perform multi-tasking with effective time-management skills, prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines.
- Basic knowledge of LAN cabling, Wi-Fi access points, and switches troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with PBX telephone systems and VolP technology.
- Certification in CCNA (Cisco Certified Network Associate) or similar networking qualifications is a plus.
- Basic knowledge in Microsoft Power Apps.(Create and Design workflow)
- Basic knowledge in manufacturing system environment ERP (D365), MRP.

- Transport Allowance :RM150
- Meal Subsidy: RM100

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
