**About the role**
As a Receptionist at Hotel Pak Fook, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, playing a vital role in creating a warm and welcoming experience. In this full-time position based in Kuala Lumpur, you will be responsible for efficiently managing all front desk operations to ensure the smooth running of the hotel.
**What you'll be doing**
- Greet and assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures
- Respond to guest inquiries and provide information about hotel facilities and the local area
- Handle incoming phone calls and messages in a professional manner
- Manage room reservations and maintain accurate guest records
- Coordinate with other hotel departments to ensure a seamless guest experience
- Maintain a neat and organised front desk area
- Perform other administrative duties as required
**What we're looking for**
- Previous experience as a Receptionist or in a similar customer service role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia
- A friendly, professional and helpful attitude
- Ability to work well under pressure and as part of a team
