**Overview**:
**A production manager is responsible for overseeing the process of converting raw materials or components into finished products. They are responsible for planning, coordinating, and controlling manufacturing processes to ensure that products are produced efficiently, within budget, and to the required quality standards.**

**The applicants must have experience in managing operation and headcount under CNC Milling environment. Have good machining knowledge**

**Expectations**:

- Managing Precision Machining & PCBA Tooling divisions in manufacturing environment
- Efficiently trains & manages technicians/machinist’s performance and all maintenance related functions including problem’s shooting
- To develop and implement key strategies and action plan to build a health (culture and practice) and wealthy (growth) for the company engineering enhancement
- Performs ad hoc tasks when needed to ensure plant operation is in an excellent order
- Works closely with both our US and India counterpart to bridge any technical gaps
- Technical evaluation, risk analysis, and process flow and estimation of new products
- Identify and implement process improvement and corrective actions
- Problem escalations
- Machine probing and macro programming
- Engineering review for at risk jobs
- Work directly with customer engineering
- Project Management and oversees project logistics and resource allocation
- Tool and fixture design and planning
- Assist with quality control plans
- Other tasks as defined by leadership

**Education and Experience**:

- At least 5 years of experience in a related field
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Mechanical engineering or equivalent
- Knowledgeable of CNC machine manufacturing environment especially CNC Horizontal and Vertical Mills, 5-Axis, Lathes, and EDM.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Strong organizational and negotiation skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, including verbal and written communication in English & Bahasa Malaysia
