Day-to-day store operations, including opening and closing the restaurant, food preparations and storage, quality control, maintaining a safe and clean environment.
- Supervise daily review of sales report and cash collection at the end of the day.
- Monitor and manage staffing levels to maintain high standards of customer service.
- Conduct daily briefings to communicate updates, address concerns and ensure a cohesive team environment.
- Manage all matters related to the staff including creating weekly work schedules in ensure enough staff for each shift.
- Ensure all stores maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by providing excellent customer service and resolving any customer issues in a timely and professional manner.
- To attend customer inquiries through call, WhatsApp, message, website and social media platform.
- Interact with customers to gather feedback and ensure their satisfaction.
- Address customer complaints promptly and work towards continuous improvement based on feedback.
- Ensure the outlet remains clean at all times.
- Ensure that the grooming standards of all staff is well groomed and meets the Company’s expectations.
- Manage inventory levels to monitor stock levels and minimize wastage.
- Conduct regular stock takes and coordinate with the kitchen to optimize ingredient usage.
- Coordinate with suppliers for timely deliveries.
- Establish relationships with reliable suppliers to ensure the availability of fresh and high-quality ingredients.
- Negotiate pricing and terms to optimize cost efficiency without compromising on quality.
- Maintain food safety and hygiene standards to ensure compliance with health regulations.
- Regularly assess the quality of food and beverages served to maintain high standards.
- Collaborate with marketing team to develop and implement promotional strategies to attract new customers and retain existing customers.
- Coordinate and oversee special events, such as themed nights, live music or promotions to enhance the outlet’s appeal.
- Monitor sales and expenses to ensure the outlet operates within budget.
- Analyse financial reports and make data-driven decisions to improve profitability.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging food and beverage concepts and customers preferences to keep the outlet competitive.
- To perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the Superior/Management as and when required.

**Job Requirements**:

- Minimum 3 - 4 years' experience in F&B, Hotel, food industry or equivalent with certified food handler.
- Having experience in new store setup is added an advantage.
- Strong knowledge and experience in HACCP and food safety.
- Excellent organizational and planning skills to execute sales campaign.
- Strong attention to details, product and inventory management.
- Strong interest and passion in creating a great dining experience.
- Good interpersonal skills when interacting with all levels of the employee.
- Required to work on shifts, weekends and public holidays.
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Possess own transport and willing to travel.

**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
