**Key Responsibilities**:

- Perform general administrative and documentation tasks, including filing, report preparation, and data management.
- Maintain accurate operational records and ensure proper document control.
- Assist with leasing activities, including tenant coordination, lease renewals, and monitoring of rental collection and outstanding payments.
- Prepare invoices, purchase orders, tenant turnover reports, and other financial documents for management review.
- Ensure tenants comply with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and address any non-compliance issues.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor cleanliness, maintenance, and pest control standards.
- Liaise with tenants, maintenance teams, and vendors to resolve operational and facility-related issues promptly.
- Support the coordination of marketing events, promotions, and other mall activities.
- Prepare periodic operational reports and assist in special projects or assignments as directed by Management.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
- At least 1-2 years of relevant experience in mall operations, property management, or administrative roles.
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
