Job Description:

- To assist and feedback to Property Manager on preparation of documentation and records
- Assist in overseeing the day to day the property operational matters
- Coordinates with clients and third parties to address maintenance and facility needs.
- To attend and assist any meeting and discussion including committee meeting, AGM/EGM
- Any and all other duties as and when assigned from time to time by the superior/management

**Requirements**:

- Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Property Development/Real Estate Management or equivalent.
- Knowledge in Strata Management Act 2013, Strata Management Regulation 2015 & Building by-laws will be an advantage
- At least 1 year(s) working experience in the related field.
- Good command in written and communication skills at all level particularly in English and Bahasa Melayu.
- Well versed in Microsoft Words, Excel
- Possess own transport

**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
