**Job description**
- **Order Processing**: Receiving, processing, and tracking orders, both online and offline.
- **Customer Service**: Answering customer questions, resolving issues, and providing after-sales support.
- **Record Management**: Maintaining accurate and up-to-date customer records, databases, and sales reports.
- **Invoicing and Payments**: Generating invoices, tracking payments, and managing credit checks.
- **Inventory Management**: Monitoring inventory levels and ensuring timely deliveries.
- **Sales Reporting**: Preparing and analyzing sales reports to track performance and identify trends.
- **General Support**: Providing administrative support to the sales team, including scheduling appointments, preparing presentations, and handling paperwork.
Skills and Qualifications:
- **Strong organizational skills**: Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- **Attention to detail**: Ensuring accuracy in all tasks, especially with customer records and order processing.
- **Excellent communication skills**: Ability to interact professionally with customers and team members.
- **Problem-solving skills**: Ability to handle customer issues and resolve problems efficiently.
- **Basic knowledge of sales processes**: Understanding of the sales cycle and how it works.
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate
