**Full Job Description**
**Responsibilities**:
- Greet and welcome customers with a positive, helpful attitude
- Direct customers to the appropriate person/office
**Requirements**:
- Possess at least a SPM or equivalent
- Previous experience in customer service and /or reception role at least 3years
- Strong customer interaction skills
- Able to speak fluently in English and Bahasa Malaysia option Mandarin
- Polite, pleasant personality and possess good telephone etiquette.
- able to start work immediately or within short notice period.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
