**Primary Objective**:
To drive customer/partner journey, operational design, business value and value proposition implementation for partner propositions to ensure go to market is achieved timely and smoothly. To participate and represent RHB Community Banking in relevant community gatherings, consultative events by regulators or external bodies and relevant digital/startup events to drive opportunity creation for business.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Regularly participate in partner, startup community, industry & regulator events to ensure RHB’s digital agenda is addressed
- Collaborate with other relevant squads to ensure all ecosystem innovation launched is simple, fast and seamless for our customers
- Implement and execute the established framework for partner sourcing. Ensure a structured and systemic approach is used to identify and engage with our partners
- Manage end-to-end partner onboarding journeys, relationship management and ensure that business objectives are met
- Coordinate and work with cross functional teams in RHB such as CARL, technology and operational units to ensure partner implementations are on track and delivered against plan
- Foster in-depth engagement and communication with new partners to optimize the business opportunities. To enhance productivity, business performance, market share and build a competitive advantage for the Bank.
- Collaborate with brand marketing and group communications in planning and implementing the go to market strategy to launch the new partner proposition
- Regularly monitor and measure business objectives, partnership value, customer satisfaction and other key performance results. To perform a post implementation review and recommend changes to management for continuous improvement
- Coordinate with CARL and obtain the necessary approvals to implement the partnership proposition on schedule
- To take proactive measures in solving problems that arise during the execution of programs with partners
- Report to and interact with management to indicate the status of the partnership progress
- Analyze data and conduct a competitor analysis to better understand the competitive landscape with the goal of uncovering patterns and themes affecting the retail banking business

- Familiar with digital businesses and startups in the market
- Experienced in developing new business models through multi party joint propositions
- Experienced in identifying new opportunities/revenues in existing partnerships
- Experienced in creating multi-product/multi-service offerings
