**Ringkasan Peranan**

Sebagai **Retail Experience & Packing Associate**, anda adalah wajah utama HNL Snek di pusat jualan kilang kami. Anda akan menyambut pelanggan dengan mesra, berkongsi kisah jenama kami, dan memastikan setiap pengalaman pembelian adalah menyeronokkan dan berkualiti. Di samping itu, anda akan membantu pasukan pembungkusan untuk memastikan produk dibungkus dengan kemas, cepat dan mengikut piawaian.

**Tanggungjawab Utama**:
**Tugas Pengalaman Runcit**
- Menyambut pelanggan walk-in dengan mesra dan profesional
- Berkongsi cerita produk, promosi dan peluang sampling
- Mengendalikan sistem POS dengan tepat (tunai, kad, e-wallet)
- Menjaga kebersihan dan susun atur ruang jualan
- Membantu dalam susun atur produk dan hiasan bermusim
- Mengumpul maklum balas pelanggan dan berkongsi dengan pasukan
- Merekod jualan harian dan menyediakan laporan penutup hari

**Tugas Pembungkusan**
- Membungkus produk mengikut SKU, format dan piawaian kualiti
- Memastikan kelajuan dan ketepatan dalam mencapai sasaran harian
- Menyemak bahan pembungkusan dan mengurangkan pembaziran
- Bertukar peranan dalam pasukan untuk kekalkan semangat kerja
- Menyokong pasukan QC dalam mengenal pasti dan melaporkan kecacatan
- Menjaga kebersihan dan keselamatan stesen pembungkusan

**Kelayakan**
- Minimum SPM atau setaraf; pengalaman sebagai juruwang atau pembungkusan diutamakan
- Minat terhadap snek Malaysia dan penceritaan jenama
- Sikap mesra, yakin dan fokus kepada pelanggan
- Kemahiran asas matematik dan penggunaan sistem POS
- Sihat tubuh badan dan boleh berdiri lama
- Sedia bertukar antara tugas runcit dan pembungkusan
