**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Providing support to users and being the first point of contact for problem resolution.
- Troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues. Installing and configuring hardware and software components.
- Repairing or replacing damaged computer hardware.
**PROFILE REQUIREMENT**:
- Goal-oriented, self-driven, and determined to meet targets
- Demonstrates creative thinking and innovative problem-solving
- Fresh graduate are welcome. Provide on job training, no experience required
- Education: Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)
**Compensation and Benefits Package**:
- Working time: Mon-Thursday (8am - 6pm) and Friday HALF DAY (8am - 12pm)
- Annual Salary Review & Promotion
