**About Us**
Spearaxis Sdn Bhd is a dynamic engineering consulting company committed to operational excellence. We are looking for a **detail-oriented and proactive Admin Assistant** to support our daily administrative operations.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Provide **general administrative support**, including data entry, filing, and document management.
- Coordinate **meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements** for staff and management.
- Maintain and update **records, reports, and databases** accurately.
- Assist in **procurement of office supplies and liaising with vendors**.
- Ensure **office operations run smoothly**, including maintenance and facility coordination.
- Support HR and finance teams with **basic administrative tasks** when required.
**Key Skills & Competencies**
- **Organization & Time Management**: Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently.
- **Communication Skills**: Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and [other relevant languages].
- **Attention to Detail**: High accuracy in handling documents, data entry, and reporting.
- **Problem-Solving**: Ability to handle administrative challenges and find effective solutions.
- **Tech-Savvy**: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and administrative software.
- **Team Player**: Ability to work well with colleagues and support different departments as needed.
**Requirements**:
- **Diploma or degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.**
- **At least 1-3 years of experience in an administrative role.**
- **Fresh graduates with strong organizational skills are encouraged to apply.**
