**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead the planning and execution of property development and construction projects from inception to completion.
- Coordinate and manage consultants, architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
- Review and manage project budgets, cost control, and cash flow to ensure financial targets are met.
- Monitor construction progress, site activities, and resolve any technical or operational issues that may arise.
- Review technical drawings, specifications, and construction documentation to ensure compliance with design and regulatory standards.
- Conduct regular site meetings and project coordination meetings to track progress, resolve issues, and update stakeholders.
- Liaise with local authorities (e.g., MBPJ, DBKL, TNB, IWK, BOMBA, JKR) to obtain necessary permits, approvals, and clearances.
- Ensure all works comply with statutory requirements, company standards, and health and safety regulations.
- Prepare and present project reports, status updates, and handover documentation to management and clients.
- Oversee project handover process to purchasers and relevant authorities including infrastructure, utilities, and building works.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or a related field.
- Minimum 5-8 years of working experience in property development or construction project management.
- Strong knowledge of property development processes, construction methodologies, local authority regulations, and contract administration.
- Proven experience managing residential, commercial, or industrial development projects.
- Excellent leadership, coordination, and communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Project, AutoCAD, and other project management tools.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience liaising with authorities and familiarity with the planning and approval process is a strong advantage.

Pay: RM6,463.85 - RM14,870.69 per month
