Network Technician

Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia Wevo System Sdn Bhd Full time

Deliver, set up, install, configure, test, and commission hardware network devices (Server, Switch, Router, Gateway, Phones, etc) and the software.
- Planning, coordinating, and liaising with clients/vendors for the related network infrastructure readiness.
- Provide level 1 and level 2 support such as troubleshooting, diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and other network-related problems.
- Involve in preparing and documenting standard operating procedures and protocols (e.g. low level design, diagram, work plan, etc).
- Provide user training to the clients, resellers, etc when necessary.
- Produce reports including assessment-based findings, outcomes and propositions for further network performance enhancement.
- To assist in any pre-sales activities such as site survey and POC which may require going outstation or travel inboud and outboard.
- Any ad hoc task that may be assigned from time to time.

**Requirement**
- Certificate or Diploma in the field related to IT/ Networking/ Engineering.
- At least with experience 1 year in a related field.
- Clear basic knowledge of hardware and network infrastructure.
- Knowledge of VOIP phone systems/PBX and Linux OS will be an added advantage.
- Will be required to work overtime and be on standby. Sufficient compensation will be provided for these extra hours.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Able to speak well in Malay and English.
- Able to work at Bukit Jalil, KL.

Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM2,600.00 per month
