Job Majestic is a next-generation AI-powered job portal revolutionizing talent matching in Malaysia. We are looking for a Product Manager (PM) who will act as the bridge between our tech team, clients, marketing, and sales teams. This role will play a critical role in shaping our product roadmap, ensuring continuous platform improvements, and ultimately scaling the business.

We envision this PM evolving into a Chief Technology Officer (CTO) as they demonstrate leadership, technical acumen, and strategic thinking.

Key Responsibilities

1. Product Strategy & Roadmap
- Develop and execute a product roadmap that aligns with JM’s vision and business objectives.
- Work closely with the CEO to translate business goals into scalable product features.
- Prioritize product improvements based on user feedback, business impact, and data insights.

2. Liaison Between Teams
- Act as the bridge between tech, sales, marketing, and clients to ensure smooth communication and execution.
- Collaborate with the tech team to define requirements, track development progress, and resolve technical challenges.
- Work with the sales and marketing teams to ensure the product aligns with customer needs and market demand.
- Collect feedback from employers, job seekers, and internal stakeholders to improve the platform.

3. Product Development & Execution
- Define feature requirements, user stories, and wireframes for the development team.
- Work with engineers to ensure features are delivered on time and meet quality standards.
- Conduct testing and QA to ensure the job portal is bug-free and user-friendly.
- Oversee the performance of AI-driven talent matching and suggest enhancements.

4. Data-Driven Decision Making
- Analyze platform usage, user behavior, and performance metrics to make informed decisions.
- Continuously track key metrics (e.g., job listing conversion rates, user engagement, employer retention).
- Provide regular reports on platform performance and areas for improvement.

5. Customer & Market Insights
- Regularly interact with employers and job seekers to understand pain points and opportunities.
- Stay up-to-date with competitor platforms and industry trends to keep JM ahead in the market.
- Recommend new product ideas or partnership opportunities to expand JM’s capabilities.

6. Preparing for a Future CTO Role
- Work closely with the CEO on long-term product and technology strategy.
- Gain a deeper understanding of AI, automation, and platform scalability to lead future tech decisions.
- Over time, take ownership of the technology vision, potentially stepping into a CTO role.

Key Requirements

1. Experience & Skills
- 3-5 years of experience in Product Management, preferably in a tech or job portal-related industry.
- Strong understanding of tech development cycles (experience in AI-driven platforms is a plus).
- Proven ability to liaise between technical and non-technical teams.
- Experience with data analytics, UX/UI, and A/B testing to improve product performance.
- Knowledge of API integrations, platform scalability, and automation is a plus.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
