**Job Title: Sales & Marketing Manager**

Location: HQ Office, Puchong

of Subordinate: 2-3

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES
- Perform all sales duties (prospecting, sales presentation, sales closing, follow through sales administration and after sales service)
- To conduct feasibility study, market intelligence research, analyzing demands, trend & pricing.
- Prepare of sales & marketing materials and kits relating to sales, promotion and advertisement including, brochures, flyers, press advertisement and others
- To liaise & coordinate with supplies on marketing materials, product launch, promotional events, road shows and other related marketing campaigns
- Participate in direct marketing activities and launching such as exhibition, road show.
- Ensure smooth operation of sales gallery & sales office.
- To understand and compile customers' feedback and requirements and promote the property to meet sales target.
- Prepare sales reports/status of SPA reports/Prospect Enquiries Report on a periodical basis

**QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS**
- A graduate with at least a higher diploma or bachelor's degree in a related field.
- At least 3-5 years of relevant working experience in property development.
- Required language: English, Malay, Mandarin & Cantonese. Any additional languages would be an added advantage.
- Required Skill: Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- A team player, result driven, self-motivated, ambitious and able to work under pressure.
- Ability to travel for work assignments within or outside of the region.

Pay: From RM5,800.00 per month
