**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Sales Support**: Manage client inquiries and ensure timely follow-ups.
- **Data Management**: Maintain and update client databases and project status in the CRM system. Generate regular sales reports and analyse data to support decision-making.
- **Client Coordination**: Serve as the point of contact between clients, the sales team, and designers, ensuring clear communication throughout the design process.
- **Process Improvement**: Identify opportunities to streamline sales processes and enhance efficiency. Manage project documentation and ensure compliance with company policies.
- **Event Coordination**: Coordinate with the marketing team to ensure that promotional materials and presentations are ready for events.
- **On Boarding **:Assist in the onboarding of new sales team members and also offboarding.

**Requirements**:

- **Education**: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Interior Design, or a related field.
- **Experience**: 2years of experience in a sales support or operations role, preferably in the interior design industry.
- **Skills**: Strong organizational and multitasking skills, excellent communication abilities, and proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- **Personal Attributes**: Attention to detail, a proactive attitude, and the ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
