As we continue to grow, we’re seeking a talented and driven Content Creator cum Live Host to join our team and bring our brand story to life across digital platforms.

Your Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement a comprehensive content strategy aligned with Lubov’s brand vision and marketing objectives.
- Plan, create, and oversee the production of digital content including videos and social media posts.
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, design, sales) to ensure consistent messaging across all campaigns.
- Monitor content performance metrics, assess engagement trends, and optimize based on analytics.
- Serve as the host for regular live streams on platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and e-commerce channels.
- Engage with audiences in real-time, showcase service features, and drive interest through compelling on-screen communication.
- Coordinate with the marketing team to prepare scripts, service highlights, and promotional offers for live sessions.
- Act as the official on-screen and public representative of the Lubov brand in both online and offline settings.
- Participate in events, interviews, and collaborations as a spokesperson for the brand.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with the online community, influencers, and key stakeholders to enhance brand visibility.

What We’re Looking For:

- A Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Marketing, Mass Communication, Production, or a related field.
- Proven experience in video production, video editing, and content creation.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing trends, social media platforms, and live streaming strategies.
- Confident on-camera presence with a professional and engaging delivery style.
- Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro).
- Familiarity with graphic design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or Canva.
- Strong creative skills with the ability to translate concepts into high-quality video content.
- Understanding of social media trends and content strategies that drive engagement.
- Knowledge of video SEO and content optimization for social media platforms.
- High attention to detail and a passion for delivering top-quality content.
- A collaborative mindset and strong interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM2,700.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
