As a Travel Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our Mandarin-speaking customers, ensuring they receive top-notch service throughout their travel journey. This role is crucial in maintaining our reputation for outstanding customer service.

**Responsibilities**
- Provide **excellent customer service** to clients by answering inquiries, managing bookings, and assisting with travel arrangements.
- Use your **bilingual skills** to communicate effectively with Mandarin-speaking customers.
- Handle **customer complaints** and provide appropriate solutions.
- Assist customers with **special needs** or requests.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a **smooth and enjoyable journey** for all clients.

**Qualifications**
- Fluent in **Mandarin and English**.
- Previous experience in a **customer service role** is preferred.
- Excellent **communication and interpersonal skills**.
- Ability to handle stressful situations with **patience and professionalism**.
- Willingness to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
