- Assist in preparing documents, reports, and correspondence
- Maintain and update records and databases accurately
- Support other departments with administrative tasks as needed

**Requirements**:

- Minimum SPM or equivalent; additional qualifications are a plus
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Prior clerical or administrative experience is an advantage
