Customer Service Representative

**Responsibilities**
- Ensure efficient operation and support the company's overall business growth sustainably.
- Provide quotations, prepare contracts, review terms, and finalize contracts with customers promptly and efficiently.
- Follow up on sales billing and collection status.
- Address and resolve problems or needs raised by the sales team and customers.
- Achieve relevant assessment indicators: timely delivery rate, inventory turnover rate, etc.
- Develop and execute work plans, control work progress, implement systematic training until task targets are achieved, and manage the budget and expenses effectively.
- Supervise and optimize internal processes, ensure effective internal communication and external cooperation, and promote digital business processes.
- Collaborate with other departments, including Sales and Industry Teams, to provide comprehensive internal support, facilitate efficient problem solving, and contribute to company-wide business success.
- Proactively respond to customer needs and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Cooperate with the Finance Department and Sales Department on billing and accounting write-off matters, ensure timely collection of accounts, provide high-quality customer service, and facilitate effective problem resolution.
- Coordinate all inbound shipment from Germany and Hong Kong including custom's clearance, inspection and warehouse stocking
- Pick, pack and ship orders to Malaysian customers, prepare export documentation and arrange courier bookings
- Maintain inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts, ERP updates, and warehouse organization
- Make daily outbound calls A and B tier accounts for order follow up, customer reactivation and CRM logging
- Organize, sort, and submit various reports (monthly, quarterly, and annual) to the supervisor timely.
**Experience & Qualification**
- Minimum College Diploma/bachelor's degree or above
- Minimum 2-3 years of sales operation or customer service-related work experience
- Familiar with ERP systems (SAP preferred), and experience in operational workflow project development and implementation.
- Strong command of written and verbal English.
- Excellent communication skills, efficient execution, and a positive work attitude.
- Business-oriented mindset.
- Demonstrated leadership skills, ability to work in a multi-level organization, handle multiple complex tasks independently and effectively, and adapt to a fast-paced and competitive working environment
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
