**Customer Service Executive / Patient Relations Officer -**

**Key Responsibilities Patient Enquiries & Frontline Service**
- Serve as a **Service Ambassador** by ensuring courteous, responsive, and professional interaction with all patients.
- Assist in maintaining a high standard of service etiquette and patient service protocol, as guided by the Customer Service (CS) Manager.

**Patient Feedback & Service Improvement**
- Manage and coordinate the **patient feedback mechanism**, including:

- Receiving and documenting feedback.
- Coordinating inter-departmental investigations where necessary.
- Compiling and summarizing findings for reporting.
- Ensure timely submission (within 24 hours) of all **Incident Reporting Notification Forms**.
- Collaborate constructively with other departments to improve patient service and retention.
- Prepare and analyze reports related to Patient feedback trends, Patient waiting times & Overall service experience.

**Database & Loyalty Program Support**
- Collect, update, and maintain an accurate patient database.
- Assist the Business Development (BD) team in the development and rollout of **Patient Loyalty Programs** or similar engagement initiatives.

**Administrative & Project Support**
- Attend to any other administrative duties as assigned.
- Provide support for ongoing projects or new initiatives as directed by the Centre Manager, Medical Director, or management.
- Actively contribute to marketing and business expansion activities of Sunfert Group when needed.
- Collaborate with fellow colleagues and provide assistance to ensure smooth operational flow.

Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
