About the role
Advance Consultancy Sdn Bhd is currently seeking a talented and driven Accounts Executive to join our dynamic team in Pusat Bandar Puchong, Selangor. In this full-time position, you will play a crucial role in maintaining accurate financial records and supporting the overall accounting operations of the company.
Key Responsibilities
1. Handling accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
2. Preparing and processing invoices, payments, and bank reconciliations
3. Maintaining and updating financial records, including general ledgers and transaction reports
4. Assisting in the preparation of financial statements and reports
5. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and accurate financial data
6. Assist in the analysis of financial data and provide insights for decision-making.
7. Ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulations
What we're looking for
1. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
2. At least 1-2 years of experience in a similar accounts executive or bookkeeping role
3. Strong attention to detail and excellent numerical and analytical skills
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
7. Commitment to maintaining the highest standards of accuracy and integrity
