**Job Requirement**:

- Female
- Minimum SPM or Diploma in Nursing
- Familiar with Microsoft Office.
- Someone who is available immediately would be added advantage.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide care to patients and residents based on their care plan outlined by their doctor.
- Accurately monitor and record observations on patients’s conditions.
- Assist with the investigation of complaints by patients or family members.
- Excellent customer service skills are needed for interacting with patients, families, and caregivers.
