**Overall**

**Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and coordinate the activities of production staff to meet daily production targets.
- Monitor and enforce compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and operational procedures.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure adherence to manufacturing processes and equipment maintenance.
- Identify and resolve production issues, implementing corrective actions as necessary to minimize downtime and optimize efficiency.
- Train, mentor, and evaluate production team members, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Collaborate with engineering, maintenance, and quality assurance teams to improve processes and resolve technical problems.
- Prepare and maintain production reports, including employee skill matric, production performance metrics, inventory levels, and equipment status.
- Ensure proper documentation of production activities, including compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a supervisory role within a manufacturing environment, preferably in the automotive or battery industry.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, machinery, and equipment.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team effectively.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across departments.
- Applicants must be willing to work in our Factory in Shah Alam, Selangor.
