**JOB OVERVIEW**

As a Marketing Manager, you will be responsible to oversee marketing department for developing, implementing, and executing strategic marketing plans for the entire organization to attract potential customers and retain existing ones. This role requires a mix of creativity, analytical skills, and a deep understanding of various marketing channels.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**

1. Strategy Development and Execution:

- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and achieve business goals
- Conduct market research to understand consumer preferences, trends, and competitor activities
- Develop end-to-end marketing plan from branding to tactical campaign that align with brand proposition and business direction
- Maintain and enhance the company’s brand image and reputation in the market.
- Analyze marketing metrics and track KPIs to measure the effectiveness of marketing efforts.

2. Campaign Management:

- Plan and manage marketing campaigns, including promotions, seasonal offers, and product launches
- Oversee the creation and execution of digital marketing campaigns, including social media and content marketing
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
- Ensure all content aligns with the brand’s voice and messaging.

3. Customer Engagement:

- Collaborate with Operation team to ensure consistent brand messaging and effective execution of marketing initiative.
- Collaborate with external agencies and vendors.
- Establish and maintain relationships with key industry partners, media outlets, and influencers.

4. Team Leadership:

- Lead and mentor a marketing team, providing guidance and support for their professional development.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operation, production, and customer service, to ensure cohesive marketing efforts.
- Prepare regular reports for senior management.

5. Budget Management:

- Develop and manage the marketing budget.
- Track spending and ensure marketing activities are cost-effective.

**REQUIREMENTS**
- Possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or any related field.
- Minimum 3 years working experiences as a Marketing Manager in any industry
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret market data and consumer insights.
- Proficiency in digital marketing, including social media, SEO, and content marketing.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Excellent leadership and communication abilities, with the capability to inspire and motivate teams.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM8,000.00 - RM12,000.00 per month
