**Responsibilities**:

- Perform routine maintenance and inspections of data center servers and switches, ensuring the optimal condition of the operating environment and recording environmental data. Conduct daily hardware/software maintenance, troubleshoot online issues, resolve faults, and analyze complex problems.
- Handle the installation, hardware maintenance, and fault resolution of servers, networks, and other operational equipment in the data center.
- Responsible for server racking/unracking and system installation, such as Windows/Linux operating systems.
- Assist in troubleshooting Linux systems, diagnosing faults, and promptly informing the relevant customer personnel.
- Respond to and address daily issues and emergencies promptly, providing feedback and following up on fault resolution.
- Manage and organize the physical connections in the data center, such as fiber optics, network cables, and power cables.
- Regularly inspect, repair, replace, and report defective servers and spare parts in the data center.
- Strictly adhere to the relevant standards set by local operators and customers.
- Provide various routine reports on time as requested by customers.
- Address issues during the operation and maintenance service process, manage progress, and continuously optimize project implementation and after-sales service work.
- Manage resource delivery, equipment maintenance, suppliers, and IDC data center IT operations, continuously improving standard process norms.

**Job Requirements**:

- Background in computer-related disciplines.
- Strong communication and coordination skills, a strong sense of responsibility, and the ability to analyze and solve problems effectively.
- Good documentation and organizational skills.
- Stable, reliable, meticulous, and clear-thinking personality.
- Experience in Linux, networking, and data center maintenance.
- Proficiency in Linux systems and scripting languages like Python, and the ability to deploy development and testing environments.
- Expertise in verifying X86 server hardware components/subsystems, including CPU, disk, memory, and PSU, is preferred.
- Familiarity with network-related knowledge and configuration planning for devices such as switches and firewalls.
- Strong learning ability, broad technical interests, and a strong sense of responsibility.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month

Supplemental Pay:

- 13th month salary

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Kulai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
