**Working Hours: 5.5 days alternate Saturday**
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive **Admin & Inbound Documentation Executive** to support our Sales Team and ensure smooth order, logistics, and supply chain operations.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Assist Sales Team with quotations, order processing, and sales reports.
- Coordinate with warehouse, suppliers, and logistics partners for timely deliveries.
- Update customers and sales team on order & shipment status.
- Maintain inventory records and prepare shipping documents.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve delivery issues.
**Requirements**:
- Diploma/Degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field.
- Min 2 years’ experience in sales admin or logistics coordination.
- Experience in logistic or forwarding industry is added value.
- Proficient in MS Office; SQL/CRM/ERP knowledge is an advantage.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
