**Job Overview**:
We are seeking a dynamic and creative **Social Media and PR Junior** to support our social media presence and public relations efforts. You will help develop and manage engaging content, interact with our audience, and assist in promoting the brand through various campaigns. This role is perfect for fresh graduates who are eager to kickstart their career in social media, PR, and digital marketing.

**Key Responsibilities**:
1. **Content Creation**
- Develop, curate, and manage engaging content (posts, images, videos) that align with RIWEI’s brand identity.
- Ensure all content is optimized for platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and Twitter.
- Use tools such as Canva and ChatGPT to create visually appealing posts and captions.

2. **Platform Management**
- Manage and maintain the brand’s social media accounts with a consistent tone and message.
- Monitor account activity and respond to audience comments and messages.

3. **Audience Engagement**
- Build and nurture an active online community by engaging with followers regularly.
- Foster positive interactions and maintain a strong online presence for the brand.

4. **Campaign Planning & PR**
- Assist in planning and executing social media campaigns for product launches, events, and promotions.
- Support public relations initiatives and help with media outreach when necessary.

5. **Analytics and Reporting**
- Use social media analytics tools to track engagement, reach, and other key performance metrics.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on performance data to optimize future content.

6. **Influencer Collaboration**
- Identify potential influencers or brand ambassadors to collaborate with and expand reach.
- Manage influencer relationships and ensure successful partnerships.

7. **Trend Monitoring**
- Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging platforms.
- Suggest new ideas and strategies to keep the brand relevant and innovative.

**Required Skills**:

- Familiarity with using tools such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Canva, Lemon8, and ChatGPT.
- Basic understanding of photography and short-form video editing (e.g., TikTok and Instagram Reels).
- Bonus: Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, etc.) is a plus.

**Qualifications**:

- Open to **students or fresh graduates** seeking internship opportunities.
- Currently pursuing or holding a **Diploma, Degree, or A-Levels** in **Digital Marketing, Business, Public Relations, Mass Communication, or Event Management**.
- **Fluent in English** (both written and spoken); proficiency in **Bahasa Melayu** is required, and **Chinese** is an added advantage.
- Strong understanding of **social media platforms** and basic **digital marketing concepts**.
- Excellent **communication skills** and ability to express ideas clearly.
- Able to work **both independently and as part of a team**.
- **Creative**, detail-oriented, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
