**Reports to**:
Senior Manager, Freighter Operations

**Role Purpose**:
Responsible to manage overall daily freighter operations for MABKargo Sdn. Bhd. primarily focusing on the implementation of freighter flight schedule and ensure freighter OTP. This is inclusive of recovery plan for any operational irregularities and major schedule disruption.

**Key Accountability**:

- Managing daily ad-hoc freighter schedule changes arising from commercial requirements and also operational constraints. Formulate recovery plan and coordinate with MABKargo, stations, CDC, MH OCC, MOC for recovery plan to minimize impact on freighter schedule disruption
- Evaluate and decide on inevitable delays such as connecting cargo, technical stop, extra flight, service cancellation due to operational, commercial and regulatory requirements
- Liaising/coordinating with local and foreign authorities pertaining to freighter operational matters especially for ad-hoc changes and schedule recovery
- Preparing MABKargo daily and monthly Freighter Performance Report, block hours for each aircraft, flight cancellation, and delay report. Ensure submission of Freighter Performance Report from the freighter station after every departure and also follow up on the delay report investigation
- Freighter operational planning for ad-hoc schedule changes and charter schedule (within control period of 48 hours before departure) to meet commercial demand and operational constraints. Responsible for the dissemination of ad-hoc notification to stations, operating departments and customers
- Coordinating with MH Emergency Operations Centre (EOC), Airlines Operating Departments, Freighter Stations, MABKargo GSA and also GHA for any incidents related to freighter aircraft and responsible to update and disseminate information to MASKargo management and the stations concerned
- Updating all freighter schedule changes in FMCS, issuance of WW telex, daily aircraft rotation for schedule reference by other operating departments and stations

**Qualification & Experience**:

- Degree in any fields preferably in Operation Management with 3 years of working experience in operation, and/or
- Professional Certificate in Management or Business Admin or Safety and/or
- Diploma in any fields preferably in Operation Management with 5 years of working experience in operation, and/or
- High school certificate (SPM/STPM) with 7 years of working experience in operation
- Professional Certificate in Logistic/Operation Management or Business Admin or Safety
