**Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for sales target of assigned customer accounts in overseas and local sales territory
- Develop and implement account management plans, tactical sales plans and marketing plans and activities to meet business development goals.
- Execute the international and local exhibitions, customer visits as well as online meetings to meet existing and prospective customers regularly.
- Conduct sales and market analysis periodically to manage sales growth and identify sales opportunities with existing accounts as well as generate high potential new leads.
- Responsible for reporting of customer accounts and territory performance, and tracking sales opportunities progress in CRM and ERP systems.
- Collaborate closely with engineering and quality teams to facilitate the fulfilment of customer’s sales enquiries and orders.

**Qualifications & Experiences Needed**
- At least a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related fields experience in semicon, precision engineering, or metrology is a plus.
- Minimum 5-6 years of industrial sales experience with a proven track record in high-tech sectors.
- Professionally trained in sales management and advanced selling skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 CRM or any CRM software is a must.
- Excellent English communication and presentation skills. Additional language skills in German, French or Japanese is an added advantage.
- Positive attitude, service oriented, assertive, with lots of drive.
- Ready to independently travel abroad, especially in European countries, with an international driving licence.

Pay: RM9,000.00 - RM12,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Kulim: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Mechanical engineering: 3 years (preferred)
- process/service sales: 3 years (preferred)
- micromachinery components: 3 years (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)
