**Responsibilities**:

- Processing of incoming requests for service in a timely and efficient manner. Taking ownership in all actions required to resolve the customers queries.
- Provide information and process requests from different customer channels. Take all practicable steps to see beyond the service request and ensure you understand the full needs of customer and delivering to these, if unsure you must seek the assistance of your Assistant Manager.
- Perform other responsibilities and duties periodically assigned by supervisor in order to meet reasonable operational and/or other requirements.
- Process all Life change requests received as per stipulated requirements.
- Ensure that the agreed Individual processing Turn Around Times (TAT) are met or exceeded.
- Ensure all task and activities are recorded in AOM accurately and promptly.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor Degree in any fields.
- Willing to work from **4.30am - 1.30pm **to support **Australia market (With Shift Allowance).**:

- Fluent in spoken and written English.
- Permanent role.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract

**Salary**: RM2,531.23 - RM3,234.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Cyberjaya: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
