**Requirements**:
- Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin
- Required Skill (s): Human Resource Management, Payroll Calculation, Training & Development and Communication Skill.
- At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Fresh Graduate is encouraged to apply
**Responsibilities**:
- Maintain and update employee records, including personal information and contracts.
- Collect and verify timesheets, assist in payroll processing.
- Prepare onboarding materials, conduct orientations, and ensure documentation is complete.
- Manage employee benefits programs, including enrolment and updates.
- Ensure compliance with labour laws, health and safety regulations.
- Assist in handling employee grievances and support conflict resolution.
- Generate reports on HR metrics like turnover and absenteeism.
- Organize and schedule employee training sessions and track completion.
- Handle HR-related inquiries, manage documentation, and support the HR team administratively.
- And any Ad hoc tasks which are assigned by the Management.
